We had our first 4-H meeting of the year. We voted for our name and came up with the weird wacky watermelons. What a name! We also voted for president and other offices. We elected Michael for president, Casey for vice president, Madelyn for secretary and Lilly as an alternate. The children are excited to begin the program. We'll be doing the Get Fit program. We will learn healthy things to eat as well as exercises to make us fit. There will be a speech to prepare for later in the year. This speech could qualify us to compete at the state level.
